SUMMER DINNER SERIES: HUMMUS

Hot summer days are best paired with bright, zesty dips and crisp fresh vegetables. Our summer dinner menu features Hummus and Crudités paired with our Marly Chablis for the ultimate refreshing appetizer.


INGREDIENTS:

1 16oz Can of Chickpeas

1/3 cup Tahini

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

3 tbsp Olive Oil (+extra for garnish)

2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

3-4 tbsp Ice Water

Salt, to taste

Parsley, chopped, for garnish


Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, ice water, and salt to blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Plate and garnish with parsley and olive oil. Serve with fresh raw vegetables of choice - we used carrots, snap peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, and radishes! Best enjoyed with a glass of Marly.
