SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE GRILLED CHEESE
You’ve heard of wine and cheese pairings, but how about wine and a grilled cheese sandwich? Inspired by spinach and artichoke dip, this grilled cheese is a delicious meal to pair with our Marly Chablis.
INGREDIENTS:
Sour dough bread
Softened butter, mixed with parsley
Shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese
Chopped spinach and artichoke hearts
1 tbsp of your cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Butter each slice of bread with butter and parsley mixture
Mix spinach and artichoke hearts with sour cream
Add layer of shredded cheese onto one slice of bread, then spread a layer of spinach and artichoke mixture on top. Top with another layer of shredded cheese, then close sandwich with second slice of sour dough bread.
Butter pan, toasting both sides of the sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Plate and serve with a glass of Marly Chablis.
