SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE GRILLED CHEESE

You’ve heard of wine and cheese pairings, but how about wine and a grilled cheese sandwich? Inspired by spinach and artichoke dip, this grilled cheese is a delicious meal to pair with our Marly Chablis.



INGREDIENTS:

  • Sour dough bread

  • Softened butter, mixed with parsley

  • Shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese

  • Chopped spinach and artichoke hearts

  • 1 tbsp of your cream


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Butter each slice of bread with butter and parsley mixture

  • Mix spinach and artichoke hearts with sour cream

  • Add layer of shredded cheese onto one slice of bread, then spread a layer of spinach and artichoke mixture on top. Top with another layer of shredded cheese, then close sandwich with second slice of sour dough bread.

  • Butter pan, toasting both sides of the sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted.

  • Plate and serve with a glass of Marly Chablis.
